Engulfing Patternとは

Definition

An engulfing pattern consists of two candlesticks where the second candle completely engulfs the first. Bullish engulfing suggests upward reversal, bearish engulfing suggests downward reversal.

Example

A small red candle followed by a large green candle that completely covers it forms a bullish engulfing pattern, suggesting potential upward movement.
